Respite Day Centre Open Day

Autumn Years Respite Centre Open Day on Wednesday 7 May at Hartcliffe City Farm offers anyone interested in attending the centre the opportunity to meet the Autumn Years support team and to see how the centre will operate in the future. The Open Day runs from 10am to 2pm.

The centre, is a place where people can feel safe, supported, and truly valued. This centre is more than just a facility — it’s a community hub designed to enhance wellbeing, provide meaningful engagement, and offer much-needed respite for families and carers.

The centre will open on the 14 May and will run on every Wednesday throughout the year and will offer a safe and compassionate environment for anyone living with dementia or living in isolation
