DESCRIPTION:The excellent instructors from Bristol’s Circomedia are going to be running another 8 weeks of Circus Skills classes for over 50s in South Bristol. Previous participants have loved the way the classes are a fun way to not just learn new skills (diablo\, juggling\, plate spinning\, hula hooping\, flower sticks and much more) but you also get some good gentle exercise along the way…oh and you get to make some new friends too. The sessions are all tailored to individual needs\, if you need to stay seated you can\, if you need some time out\, that’s fine. We also have a nice refreshment break where we can all get to know each other more. You don’t need to do all 8 sessions but you do need to pre-book as there are limited places. DESCRIPTION:The excellent instructors from Bristol’s Circomedia are going to be running another 8 weeks of Circus Skills classes for over 50s in South Bristol. Previous participants have loved the way the classes are a fun way to not just learn new skills (diablo\, juggling\, plate spinning\, hula hooping\, flower sticks and much more) but you also get some good gentle exercise along the way…oh and you get to make some new friends too. The sessions are all tailored to individual needs\, if you need to stay seated you can\, if you need some time out\, that’s fine. We also have a nice refreshment break where we can all get to know each other more. You don’t need to do all 8 sessions but you do need to pre-book as there are limited places.
