DESCRIPTION:The excellent instructors from Bristol’s Circomedia are going to be running another 8 weeks of Circus Skills classes for over 50s in South Bristol. Previous participants have loved the way the classes are a fun way to not just learn new skills (diablo\, juggling\, plate spinning\, hula hooping\, flower sticks and much more) but you also get some good gentle exercise along the way…oh and you get to make some new friends too. The sessions are all tailored to individual needs\, if you need to stay seated you can\, if you need some time out\, that’s fine. We also have a nice refreshment break where we can all get to know each other more. You don’t need to do all 8 sessions but you do need to pre-book as there are limited places. DESCRIPTION:Space for connecting with other people in the community to receive support and share (if you want to) whatever is going on for you that is impacting on your mental health and well-being in an inclusive non-judgemental space.\nOur aim is to normalise conversations around mental health and try and reduce stigma.\nFree hot drinks and biscuits available and a warm welcome.\nNo referral\, or diagnosis of any mental health condition necessary\, just turn up and see what it is like to be part of our wonderfully supportive community.\n(Adults only – 18+)

DESCRIPTION:The excellent instructors from Bristol’s Circomedia are going to be running another 8 weeks of Circus Skills classes for over 50s in South Bristol. Previous participants have loved the way the classes are a fun way to not just learn new skills (diablo\, juggling\, plate spinning\, hula hooping\, flower sticks and much more) but you also get some good gentle exercise along the way…oh and you get to make some new friends too. The sessions are all tailored to individual needs\, if you need to stay seated you can\, if you need some time out\, that’s fine. We also have a nice refreshment break where we can all get to know each other more. You don’t need to do all 8 sessions but you do need to pre-book as there are limited places.
