Inns Court Walking group – come and join our Monday morning walks! Aimed at people wanting to improve their mobility and make some new friends. Meet at 10.30am by the Inns Court Playground on Inns Court Drive, walk for 30 mins (slowly!) and then finish with a cuppa at the Inns Court Community Café.

Tuesday mornings, 10.30-12.15pm at Bristol Community Links South Centre in Inns Court. It’s a great activity for people affected by dementia and is a really good way to meet others who are also affected.

Pop up café is back after our Christmas break and will be here every Wednesday, 9.30am-12.30pm. It doesn’t seem to be in the what’s on calendar, the café at Connaught is on there but not ours. We have a nice new coffee machine too so can make cappuccinos, lattes and more!

A fun, social session that uses gentle seated and standing exercises to strengthen the body and mind. £4 per session.

The Coffee Stop is Knowle West’s new local café and will be open every Wednesday 1-3pm at The Hub, Melvin Square.
