We have three 8 week course booked in for 2025, the first one starts on 4th February and will run for 8 weeks from then. 1.30-3.30pm here at the Knowle West Healthy Living Centre. Will be here every Wednesday, 9.30am-12.30pm. We have a nice new coffee machine too so can make cappuccinos, lattes and more! Come for a delicious cuppa and toasty crumpets or toast at our weekly ‘pop up’ cafe here at the Knowle West Healthy Living Centre.
