Online Access and Training
The Park – Are offering to support those needing the IT skills necessary to carry out the online application process. They have classes running:
Mondays 1-3pm – Introduction to IT and Universal Credit
Wednesdays 1-3pm – Introduction to IT and Universal Credit
In addition to the drop in sessions, The Park offer FREE onsite WIFI as well as FREE use of their computer suite throughout April and May, 2018.

Filwood Hope – Provide a number of helpful services to the Knowle West community. Offering crucial advice and support, including:

In addition to their advice and support, Filwood Hope are offering FREE computer access and at this moment in time, are supporting clients 1-1 with Universal Job Match and meeting conditions of their Job Seekers Allowance.

Christians Against Poverty (C.A.P uk) – Are a nationwide service and are working with Victoria Baptist Church in Bristol. CAP’s friendly team will give you a listening ear in the privacy of your own home and provide a real solution to your debts.

Knowle West Healthy Living Centre – Can take referrals from GPs/other organisations and self referrals. Working with people on a one to one basis to work through issues and signpost to useful services. Referrals via email or telephone.
