After a year without it due to the pandemic and an online event in 2020 – the community festival is back to real life on Saturday 1 October!

From 12pm at Filwood Community Centre and out on the Broadway, expect live music, food, stalls and a whole host of activities – all celebrating local talent, culture and community.

The live 2019 Knowle West Fest was headlined by Da Fucherman. Picture Lewis Campbell.

The festival was first launched in 2016 and became a popular annual event bringing people of all ages from across the area together.

Resident and artist Claudia Collins who is on the organising committee this year says:  “So excited to be part of a real-life Knowle West festival, Glasto is back and so is Knowle West Fest!  So many talented people live here – and the festival is a great chance to showcase that!”

If you are a local Knowle West resident, community group, musician, band or live act interested in performing, having a stall or running an activity at the event then contact Claudia at: claudia@kwmc.org.uk or WhatsApp her on 0774 676 6615.

If you would like to find out more about the festival you can come down to a communi-TEA drop-in on Tuesday 5 July at the Salvation Army on Padstow Road, from 10 to 12pm or call Knowle West Media Centre on 0117 903 0444 or email enquiries@kwmc.org.uk

Make sure you save the date and we will see you there!
