Residents are being invited to have their say on final design proposals for a new housing development at Inns Court for people in need.

The plans are for 12 new apartments, one bed, one person, for “move on” housing for people in temporary accommodation.

The small site is located at Marshall Walk on the corner of Inns Court Avenue – and the online survey follows on from a consultation in April 2021 when people were asked for feedback on three early design options.

Bristol City Council’s design team has been working on the preferred option taking people’s comments on board – and wants to share the designs with the public before submitting a planning application.

The council says the development will be “as good for the environment as possible, by using solar panels and being well insulated which will reduce the amount of energy use”. The plans also include “increased nature and wildlife on the site.”

People can comment on the plans for housing at Marshall Walk via an online survey until 6 March https://orlo.uk/plBGi
