Four new Kickstart jobs in Knowle West

There are four new roles available within different organisations in the Knowle West community for young people aged 16-24 who are on Universal Credit.

We are working in partnership with Koreo the UK social change sector’s Kickstart gateway as part of a joint effort to power up our sector with exceptional talent – and make a real impact on youth unemployment.

The new opportunities are:

Each role includes a supported development programme delivered by Koreo and training by Knowle West Media Centre. 

The programme will equip you with the connections, experiences, tools and insight needed to succeed at work. It will help you to build a peer community of fellows and give you the skills to transition well beyond the placement – and position yourself well for a career that is socially impactful. 

All of these posts are funded for a fixed term of six months at 25 hours a week, paid at National Minimum Wage. 

All applications must be made through the Job Centre via a DWP work coach.  To be eligible you must be aged 16-24 and claiming Universal Credit
