Filwood Quietway – have your say on route

Residents are invited to have their say on a planned walking and cycling route through Knowle West on 31 August.

The Filwood Quietway will run .between Hengrove and the city centre and is being developed by Bristol City Council and Sustrans.

Sustrans Community Active Travel Officer Maya Stratton-Brook said: “Please come and join us to vote on your preferred route option through the park and how we can best spend the remaining budget to make improvements to Victoria Park.

“There will be free refreshments for those who take part and there will also be an opportunity for Dr Bike to run a safety check on your bicycle. We will be basing ourselves near the St Luke’s Road entrance and the basketball courts but you may just spot us pushing a cargo bike around the park, looking for interested participants. All welcome!”
