Online disability yoga

An event every week that begins at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until August 26, 2020
Yoga teaches kids how to use their muscles in new ways and makes their bodies stronger and more flexible, while encouraging a focus on breathing. Classes will be 30-40 minutes long with an experienced instructor.
Wednesdays 19 and 26 August 2.45-3.30pm – ages 11-16
Suitable for children with impairments or additional needs – siblings welcome too.
