Coming out of lockdown: Adjusting to the “new normal”

Following on from our previous webinar on how the pandemic has impacted mental wellbeing, we are pleased to offer this session on coping with coming out of lockdown.

As restrictions lift, we will be able to return to many parts of life that we’ve been unable to access for the past year. However, we won’t be returning to life exactly as it was, and we do not know what the ‘new normal’ will look like.

What we do know is that coming out of lockdown will be a huge change for most, and one that will likely bring mixed feelings.

This webinar will explore the ways in which coming out of lockdown might impact mental wellbeing. In this, we will discuss how the brain’s response to change can influences these experiences, and how better understanding this can help us cope more effectively with adapting to the ‘new normal’.
