Digital Technology Survey to identify any challenges in Knowle West

Deadline is 20 October and there are 10 vouchers to be won

A new Digital Technology Survey has been delivered through every door in Knowle West to find out any local challenges to digital access – and how they can be addressed.

Residents can return the surveys in the Freepost envelope provided – with 10 vouchers worth £50 to be won.

A previous survey was carried out in the area last year by Knowle West Media Centre (KWMC) along with Knowle West Alliance and the University of Bristol.

This provided important information about how technology is used in the neighbourhood and some of the problems people face – especially during the pandemic.

The results of the first survey have been creatively brought to life in the Clickity Click Bingo Game

The new updated paper survey has been developed to gain further insight into how technology is used in the area.

Residents have until 20 October to return them – they can also be dropped off at KWMC in Leinster Avenue. If someone has not received a survey through their door they can call KWMC on 0117 903 0444 for a copy.
