The Park Centre  have a vacancy for a Café Assistant in their busy cafe. The café offers home cooked food, with a daily special. You must be enthusiastic, have good customer service skills, be able to work under your own initiative and be flexible.   The café also offers buffets for meetings and training as well as catering for special events like our annual pensioners Christmas Dinner.

You would be expected to help with preparation of food for these events.   This post will start as soon as possible and will be subject to a 3 month probation period. The Park is committed to safeguarding our staff, learners and visitors to the site. You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check.

DETAILS:  

SALARY: £11.44ph. Fixed contract for 1 year (with the view to being made permanent) with probation review after 3 months.

BENEFITS: Optional enrolment into a pension, 4 weeks’ equivalent flexible annual leave entitlement, training and support.

HOURS: 16hrs a week. Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday. 10.30-2.30pm
