Bristol City Council has launched a new online service to give residents housing advice and guidance.
This will support residents across a range of housing issues, helping them to access the support they need from the right place. To use the service, you just need to answer a few simple questions about a concern or situation – there’s no need to give any personal details.
It can help with:
- tenancy rights and issues
- domestic abuse
- family and relationship issues
- youth housing
- quality of housing
- and more.
The service has been produced by AdviceAid alongside Bristol City Council’s Housing Options service and local and national support services.
