Saturday 5th September saw the 4th Knowle West Dog Show take place at the Knowle West Health Park. The weather was perfect, glorious warm (but not too hot) sunshine for the whole day. 21 dogs were entered the 8 fun categories including a new one for this year ‘best invisible dog’ (won by a Knowle West Truffle Hunter Dog!). Judging was once again expertly done by local dog groomer Leanne from Dazzle Dogs (www.dazzle-dogs.co.uk) and our young judge Bow. There was also the chance to have a go at a small dog agility course and for the humans Paint On were there with their awesome rock painting. Refreshments were provided by Knowle West Health Park’s very own Fun & Fab group. We had one couple enter their dogs who were visiting from Yorkshire and saw it was on that day and also a young couple without a dog brought their baby who loves dogs! 

There was such a friendly, fun atmosphere and it was lovely to be able to celebrate our K9 companions and the joy they bring to their owners…and our spectators. Thanks to everyone who came. You can see lots of photos on our special instagram @dogsofknowlewest
