Bristol Girls Can: Looking for mums taking small steps to be more physically active

Bristol Girls Can is looking for mums with young children who have recently started taking small steps to be more physically active.

The aim of the Small Steps Project is to share inspiring and authentic stories through the creation of short videos made by mums – that will become part of a city-wide campaign.

So whatever small steps you take to fit a bit of movement into your life – it might be ten minutes with Joe Wicks, a swift walk round the park with a friend, or a five-minute kitchen boogie with the kids – we want to hear from you.

There will be workshops to support and explore how to tell your story, film it and edit it into a 30-second video. The only equipment needed will be your mobile phone.

All workshops will run from July and be located in South Bristol. There will be a free creche and light refreshments available.

You can find out more about the project here: https://kwmc.org.uk/projects/bristol-girls-can/
