A sweet sing song at the Healthy Living Centre

Knowle West Healthy Living Centre are owners of one of the many Play Me I’m Yours pianos that were dotted around the city earlier this year.

What better way to celebrate the fact than to put on some tasty cakes with a fresh pot of tea and coffee. Couple that with some live piano playing (courtesy of our very own local residents) and you’ve got a recipe for an enjoyable afternoon!

Conceived as a way of tackling social isolation among the elderly, the staff held an afternoon that saw a few local residents tinkle the ivory keys, inviting everybody else to sing along to old favourites.
