The Duke of Gloucester came to Knowle West this week to see for himself the work of Youth Moves at The Park.
The visit was hosted by Levi Hodge – winner of the Ambition National Volunteer Award for his work at Youth Moves.
It was to allow HRH to see first hand the work Levi had done for his community and to meet the young people whose lives had been changed through working with Youth Moves.
Manager of the organisation, Alister Dale said: “It was amazing to have royalty attending our youth club and is great recognition for both Levi and Youth Moves of the work that we do.”
The visit was also attended by Bristol dignitaries, including the Lord Mayor, Councillor Clare Campion-Smith, High Sheriff Dr Rosalind Kennedy and Lord Lieutenant Mary Prior.
