- VAT will be added to all prices.
- We also offer small spaces for free in the Dates section for events and clubs, and the News In Brief Section for announcements.
- The only way to guarantee inclusion, content control, and a specific amount of space is to buy space.

- Nothing against our ethics. Our ethics include, but not limited to: Eco-friendly, Non-political, Healthy Living, Non-prejudice.
- Charitable concerns, and then local organisations, and then small business take precedence.
- Personal Ads allowed (consent to photos must still apply), but no sales.
