Knowle West Health Park Lunch Club
The Knowle West Health Park Lunch Club is open to people aged 60+ and those with physical disabilities/health problems. 

We meet on a Wednesday between 12 noon – 2.30pm, at the Walk-in Centre Café, Downton Road.  We eat a healthy, freshly cooked meal and dessert, then have an after-lunch activity session e.g. arts, exercise, speakers and quizzes, etc. It costs £3, including your meal and refreshments.

If you want to get or stay fit, then join us for an easy pre-lunch 10 – 20 minute walk around the Health Park.

If you need a lift from your home to the Walk-In Centre, the Mede Sprint community bus is available for a small charge.

It’s free to join the club. We’re also interesting in hearing from people who have skills/ resources that might be useful for an after-lunch activity session; or are interested in becoming a volunteer.
