Knowle West Web Computers is a community-based program that offers local residents the opportunity to buy computer systems at a very affordable price.

We use computers donated by industry and refurbish them for use by families in Knowle.

Problems/Upgrades
If you are having problems with your PC we have a large selection of new and second-user components from as little as £1. Give us a call 0845 0090 329 or drop in for an estimate.

PC Youth Club
Get involved in our PC Youth Club -  learn how to upgrade PCs, install software and eventually build your  own PC.  Parents are encouraged to attend - cost £1.50 / 2 hour session. Give us a call 0845 0090 329 for more details.

Our aims:

• to enable volunteers to increase their technical knowledge.
• to assist the spread of IT within our community.
• to provide a sustainable IT resource within Knowle
• to give volunteers skills that may save them money in the future.

We also build new PC systems to customer specifications.

Our Commitment To Donors
We accept donations of computers from companies and individuals from Pentium 3 specification. These will be refurbished and made available at low cost to local residents, community groups and learners.

Partner Organisation
Byteback Computer Recycling_Byteback recycle computer systems for local businesses and provide us with a number of components to refurbish PCs. _They offer certified data removal and have been helping companies to achieve their legal obligations by recycling redundant IT equipment since 2002.
