Archimedia Game

The young people of the Archimedia Group have been working with the Evil Twins, a couple of fantastic web game developers from Swindon, to make an on-line game about the new Knowle West Media Centre.

One of the most important things about the new building, for the Archimedia Group, is that it's constructed in an environmentally friendly way. They also want to share what they've learnt with other people. What better way than through a game.

Have a go and see if you can become an expert on sustainable design and construction too.

Connecting Bristol - Makala's Story

How We Had Our Bowls

"How We Had Our Bowls is an almost perfect capture of a corner of our world - the Tuesday bowls game of a group of elderly ladies. Well shot (stillness of the camera) and brilliantly paced, both in the length of the shots and the placing of the voice over." - Angus MacQueen Head of Documentaries Channel Four. How We Had Our Bowls was made by the Bowls Group who meet at the Mede in Knowle West who worked with Dani Landau as part of the Knowle West Media Centre digital stories projects.
