24 September 2008The Withywood Centre

We would like to invite you to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Bristol Primary Care Trust on 24 September 2008, beginning at 2.00 pm. The meeting will be held in the Withywood Centre, Queens Road, Withywood. The theme for the afternoon will be ‘Care Closer to Home’. Our staff and partner organisations will be showcasing a wide range of work on this theme. We plan to include information, interactive sessions and demonstrations on a range of topics including home birthing in the 21st Century, nursing at home, South Bristol Community Hospital and much more. There will be healthy, light refreshments available. I would also like to ask if you could extend this invitation to attend the AGM to your colleagues and friends on my behalf.
