Making Changes Course

A 7-week self-development course that uses creative exercises to help you:
Think more positively about yourself
Express what you feel
Understand yourself more
Explore different ways of dealing with difficult relationships

This happens in a safe, supportive group run by two experienced facilitators. Starts with one taster session so you can try it out without committing to the rest of the course.

Starts Monday 14th May 2012 for people in south Bristol (Knowle West takes priority).

CELEBRATING 10 YEARS OF HEALTHY LIVING

Knowle West Health Park is holding a Summer Festival on Friday 29 and Saturday 30 June, which will have an Olympic theme. Children can try an Olympic or Paralympic sport on Friday, and on Saturday the park will be alive with stalls, exhibitions and activities for all the family and dance and music displays. Come along and joins us in the celebrations

DEALING WITH YOURSELF & OTHERS COURSE

This free, 6-week course focuses on identifying & distinguishing between moods & strong emotions such as anger, shame, depression or anxiety.

The course also aims to build an understanding of strong emotions, such as anger, and to find more helpful ways to deal with these feelings in everyday relationships.

Open to men and women, aged18+, living in south Bristol (Knowle West/Filwood takes priority).

Starts Thursday 26th April, 6-7.30pm
