Bristol Advice Point opened in City Centre

From Bristol Citizens Advice Bureau

Bristol Advice Point, a new multi-agency service, has been opened by Bristol Citizens Advice Bureau.  The new service will become the main point of contact for drop in advice in the city centre.  All clients will receive a short triage-style interview which will assess their advice needs and then help them through the advice process.

The Citizens Advice Bureau have provided 6 public computers so that clients can access trusted websites and self help materials.

Bristol Advice Point is at 1, Quay Street, Bristol BS1 2JL and is open 9.30-4.30pm (drop-in advice 9.30am-4pm)

On the 17th September I had a mini interview at the bristol advice point at Quay Street who told me that a welfare benefits adviser will be in contact with me. I have not heard anything, when can I expect to hear from him/her?

    many thanks,
    Michelle
